6'x9'x4" FOLDED CARDBOARD WITH FABRIC VENEER, 2021, RALEIGH - NC

This installation is a meeting of art and functionality.

These diamonds were meticulously prototyped. They provide not only aesthetic value, but also acoustic noise-deadening qualities. Adding more soft surface area to the space serves to absorb sound, while the directionally scattered surfaces disperse noise waves.

Diamond Dream is modeled after the first ever Folded Poetry sketch and study model shown above
