This installation is a meeting of art and functionality.

These hexagons were meticulously prototyped over a period of nine months. They flat pack, and take three-dimensional form when folded and screwed together. This design is highly diverse and can be manufactured using a variety of materials. It provides not only aesthetic value, but also acoustic noise-deadening qualities. Adding more soft surface area to the space serves to absorb sound, while the directionally scattered surfaces disperse noise waves.
